Description
TB-500 | Thymosin Beta-4 Fragment — Research Grade
TB-500 is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the active region of Thymosin Beta-4 (Tβ4), a ubiquitous 43-amino acid protein involved in actin sequestration and cell motility. It is one of the most researched regenerative peptides in preclinical literature.
Mechanism of Action
- Actin-binding (LKKTET motif) — sequesters G-actin monomers, modulating cytoskeletal dynamics and cell migration
- Inflammatory modulation — downregulates inflammatory cytokines including NF-κB in wound models
- Angiogenesis — promotes endothelial cell migration and new blood vessel formation
- Stem cell recruitment — studied for activation of cardiac progenitor cells in infarct models
Research Areas
TB-500 has been studied in models of tendon, muscle, cardiac, ocular, and neurological repair. It is frequently co-investigated with BPC-157 in synergistic healing protocols.
For Research Use Only. Rainbow Peptide supplies TB-500 exclusively for in vitro and laboratory research purposes. Not for human or veterinary use.

Dr. A. Mercer –
TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4) sourced here for our muscle-recovery and angiogenesis research. Purity confirmed at 99.1% LC-MS. The peptide reconstituted smoothly and showed expected biological activity in our in vitro model. Excellent documentation.
J. Park –
Consistent quality across four orders of TB-500. Our cardioprotection model relies on tight lot-to-lot consistency, and Rainbow Peptide delivers it. COA verified against our reference standard. Fast, discreet shipping to our facility.
N. Brennan –
TB-500 used in our wound-healing assay performed exactly as published literature predicts. Arrived cold, packaged appropriately. The included COA detailed endotoxin levels as well, which our protocol requires. Will reorder.
