Description
GHK-Cu Capsules | Copper Peptide — Tissue Remodelling Research
GHK-Cu (Glycyl-L-Histidyl-L-Lysine:Cu²⁺) is a naturally occurring human plasma tripeptide-copper complex that was first isolated by Loren Pickart. It is one of the most biologically active signaling peptides known, regulating over 4,000 genes related to tissue repair, anti-inflammatory pathways, and antioxidant defence. These capsules (50mg per capsule, 60 capsules) extend the research utility of GHK-Cu into oral delivery models.
Mechanism of Action
- Collagen and ECM synthesis — upregulates collagen types I, II, III, and fibronectin in fibroblast models
- TGF-β/VEGF modulation — regulates transforming growth factor-beta and vascular endothelial growth factor expression
- Antioxidant gene induction — activates SOD1, catalase, and other reactive oxygen species scavenging pathways
- Anti-inflammatory — suppresses TNF-α, IL-6, and NF-κB in inflammatory cell models
Research Areas
GHK-Cu is studied in wound healing, skin biology, hair follicle research, neurodegeneration, COPD, and lung regeneration models. Frequently paired with BPC-157 and TB-500 in comprehensive tissue repair research panels.
For Research Use Only. Rainbow Peptide supplies this compound exclusively for in vitro and laboratory research purposes. Not for human or veterinary use.
